Group Registration Discount

A special group discount is available to groups of 5 or more to take advantage of the high caliber of education available at INNRS.

Groups of 5 or more save 10% and pay only $157.50 per person!

How to register for the group discount

Each registrant must be listed on the group registration form.
Groups of 5 or more from the same facility will receive 10% off the cost of member registration rate and pay only $157.50 per person.
Email the completed group registration form to info@aann.org or fax it to 847-375-6430.
Payment can be made by check payable to AANN at PO Box 3781, Oakbrook, IL 60522 or by credit card by calling Member Services at 847.375.4733 or 888.557.2266.
Once payment is received, all users will receive a confirmation email for their conference registration.
Group registrations are due to the AANN national office no later than Friday, January 5, 2024.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. A $100 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations postmarked on or before Friday, January 5, 2024. No refunds will be made under any circumstances on cancellations postmarked after Friday, January 5, 2024. AANN reserves the right to substitute faculty or to cancel or reschedule sessions because of low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If AANN must cancel the entire symposium, registrants will receive a full credit or refund of their paid registration fee.

Apply for an Agnes Marshall Walker Foundation (AMWF) Grant

The International Neuroscience Nursing Research Symposium (INNRS) Grant is awarded to neuroscience nursing professionals to provide financial assistance to attend the Virtual Annual International Neuroscience Nursing Research Symposiumin. The grant is valued at $150 which can be used for the registration fee. Learn more and apply by Friday, November 17, 2023.
